Tikam Chand Soni, a resident of Rinda, Mandsaur, used to earn a meagre income from selling small quantities of jaggery. However, after he took a loan from Moneyboxx, he was gradually able to increase the quantum of sales and kept reinvesting in the business. His daily income increased considerably and he found confidence to work with wholesalers. People from the village began patronising his store and this led to a steep increase in his income. Encouraged by this success, he opened a sari store nearby. His wife, who runs the sari store also feels empowered. She is proud to be managing the business shoulder to shoulder with her husband and bringing in an income.
